The Union County Treasurer is Bonnie Adams.
The Treasurer's office is located in the Southwest corner of the second floor of the Union County Courthouse.

The County Treasurer is responsible for the collection of property taxes and investment of the collected funds. The Treasurer works in cooperation the the Auditor to distribute county funds in accordance with local ordinances and state statutes. 

Current tax billing, payment records and related parcel information is available via the Union County Geographic Information System.


The property tax due date for the spring 2013 installment is May 10th, 2013.

Property taxes may be payed using any of the following methods:
  • By Mail. Mailed payments for the spring must be postmarked by 4PM on May 10th, 2013 to avoid late fees.
  • In person at the  Union County Courthouse Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM.
  • On-line via credit or debit card through the GovPayNet web site, or by phone: (888) 604-7888. The Pay Location Code for Union County Treasurer is 6464. A service fee of 3% is assessed for Internet payments and a service fee of 4% is assessed for phone payments.
The Treasurer's Office will be closed on May 13th to post mail and balance the books.
