A web site that is put together once and neglected becomes stale quickly, so we are committing to keeping this site updated in a timely fashion. This page serves to document our update process and keep us honest by making a public commitment to follow the process. Some updates may occur more frequently (such as posting meeting agendas & minutes.)
- First week of each month:
- First week of each year:
- Update new office holder information and provide each new official with an opportunity to update her/his office page.
- Check to make sure all audit reports received during the past year have been posted.
- Fifth week of each year:
- Update rosters of boards and committees to reflect any new appointments.
- 14th week of each year:
- Make sure the notice of tax rates has been posted.
- Locate and repost the DLGF and LSA trending reports.
